When I first took up the role of co-vpe, Calvin wrote to me that he would like to make a speech every month. I have never seen any members (esp those old biscuits) are so keen to speak. He is very diligent. So, whenever there is any speaker drops out, I would inform Calvin and he will grasp the speaking chance immediately. If you want to make improvment in your public speaking skills, learn from Calvin and grasp as many speaking opportunities as possible.
